A beautiful and thrilling sound drawn by a solo piano by young talented pianist Ami Ogaeri, who is now most noted in the jazz world of Japan. The original tunes with unique nuances are packed with Ami Ogaeri's unique view of the world. This album was recorded on the “Lydian” jazz club in Awaji-cho, Tokyo, which has a good reputation for sound.

【魚返明未】

1991年生まれ。4歳からピアノをはじめ、高校入学と同時にジャズピアノに転向。 東京藝大作曲科で学ぶ傍らでジャズシーンに本格参入。在学中の2015年に初リーダーアルバム『Steep Slope』をリリース。2018年には映画「栞」(監督:榊原有佑)の音楽を担当するとともに、セカンドアルバム『はしごを抱きしめる』を発表。いまもっとも注目される若き実力派プレイヤーだ。

Born in 1991. Started playing piano at the age of 4 and turned to jazz piano upon entering high school. While studying at the Tokyo University of the Arts, he entered the jazz scene in earnest. Released his first leader album “Steep Slope” in 2015 while attending university. In 2018, he was in charge of the music for the movie “Shiori” (Director: Yusuke Sakakibara) and released the second album “Embracin’ the Ladder”. He is the young talented player who is currently attracting the most attention.
